Welcome to OMVI Lithium Power (omvilithiumpower.com). By purchasing, installing, or using our Lithium-Ion / LiFePO4 battery packs, you (the Customer) explicitly agree to be legally bound by the following terms, conditions, and strict safety liabilities.

1. Business Details & Core Operations

* Manufacturer & Brand: OMVI Lithium Power

* Factory/Registered Office: Subhash Road, Opposite Ganga Palace, Rohtak - 124001, Haryana, India.

* Core Business: Manufacturing and distribution of high-performance Lithium-Ion (LFP) Battery Packs for Electric Scooters (E-Scooty), E-Rickshaws, Vehicles, and Home Inverter Backup Power Solutions.

2. Mandatory Safety Protocol & Usage Liability

Lithium battery packs contain high energy density cells. Incorrect handling, charging, or storage can lead to thermal runaway, swelling, fire, or explosion. The Customer assumes 100% operational risk upon purchase. OMVI Lithium Power will NOT be held liable for any damages if the following mandatory protocols are violated:

* Charging Restraint: Batteries must ONLY be charged using an official, authorized OMVI Charger with matching specifications. Charging with any local, unverified, third-party, or alternative brand chargers immediately voids all warranties and safety liabilities.

* Liquid Exposure: The battery pack must be kept completely dry. Exposure to water, heavy rain, flooding, pressure washing, or moisture submersion voids the warranty instantly and creates severe safety hazards.

* Ambient Temperature Control: The battery pack must not be exposed to direct sunlight, high environmental heat, open flames, or stored in unventilated areas exceeding 45°C. Operating or storing the battery in extreme thermal conditions terminates manufacturer liability.

* External Modification & Tampering: Any attempt to open, disassemble, alter the internal wiring, modify the BMS (Battery Management System), or repair the battery pack by anyone other than an authorized technician at our Rohtak factory will automatically void the warranty and release OMVI from all safety obligations.

* Physical Damage & Short Circuits: Dropping the battery, structural impact, accident damage, or short-circuiting the terminals by allowing contact with metal objects nullifies all protection.

* Storage Protocol: Disconnect the battery pack immediately after a full charge. Do not leave the battery connected to the charger or vehicle idle for extended periods without oversight.

3. Total Exclusion of Liability (B2B and B2C Disclaimers)

* Under no circumstances shall OMVI Lithium Power be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including but not limited to vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, loss of life, or financial losses—resulting from a battery failure, thermal incident, fire, or explosion.

* The Customer acknowledges that battery health, performance, and thermal stability depend entirely on real-time environmental conditions, vehicle maintenance, load capacity, and user compliance with safety protocols. Since OMVI Lithium Power cannot monitor real-time usage, cell degradation, or operating temperatures post-sale, the user assumes full responsibility for safe operations.

4. Warranty and Guaranty Terms

* Warranty is only valid for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery.

* All battery packs (48V 45Ah, 60V 30Ah, 60V 45Ah, 72V 30Ah, and Inverter models) come with a manufacturer warranty as specified at the time of purchase.

* The warranty period begins strictly from the official date written or stamped on the battery's physical warranty sticker. If the warranty sticker is torn, defaced, or altered, the warranty becomes null and void.

* Normal capacity fade, reduction in mileage over time due to regular cell aging, and deep discharge caused by keeping the battery idle for long periods without charging are not covered under warranty.

5. Shipping and Delivery

* We deliver our advanced lithium batteries across India. Shipping timelines and costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location from our facility in Rohtak.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

* Any disputes, legal claims, controversies, or litigation arising between the Customer and OMVI Lithium Power shall be strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rohtak, Haryana, India.
